Cameron Kruse is Vice President of Finance at MicroSeismic, Inc. a Houston based oil field service and environmental company specializing in hydraulic fracture stimulation surveillance and evaluation.   Previously, Cameron was Chief Financial Officer for several private equity portfolio companies in the energy and environmental space.  He has managed several Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and Strategic Sales, and prepared multiple companies for the strategic sales process, and managed his first IPO in 2000.   Cameron worked in the oil field services industry for over fifteen years, worked for Alvarez & Marsal in the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice, and started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Finance from University of Houston – Clear Lake and graduated from both programs with honors and distinction.
