Peter M. Duncan is President and CEO of MicroSeismic, Inc., specializing in hydraulic fracture surveillance. A Ph.D. geophysicist, he co-founded 3DX Technologies and served as SEG President. Recognized with multiple industry awards, including the 2024 SEG Cecil Green Enterprise Award.

William B. Barker is VP of Analysis at MicroSeismic, Inc., overseeing data analysis operations. With 20+ years in oil and gas, he previously held leadership roles at MicroSeismic and worked in electromagnetics at NAEVA Geophysics. He holds a BS in geophysics from the University of Kansas.

Monica Vrana is the Chief Marketing Officer at MicroSeismic, Inc., with 20+ years in marketing and events across oil & gas, network security, and hardware. A dedicated community leader, she co-founded the NCL Texas Diamonds Chapter and serves on multiple boards.

Michael Thornton, Ph.D., is the Chief Technology Officer at MicroSeismic, Inc., with 20+ years in oil and gas. Previously VP of Data Analysis, he also held leadership roles at Veritas DGC and ExxonMobil. He holds a Ph.D. in geophysics from the University of Houston.

As the founder of Coral Blue Consulting and Former CEO of Seismic Equipment Solutions, he specializes in M&A, restructuring, and seismic operations. He holds an Electronic Engineering degree from DeVry University and completed Rice University’s Global Leadership Program.
